1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using taptaptap ("the Game," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

taptaptap is a free-to-play, browser-based competitive clicking game. Players click to raise a balloon, manage a heat meter, and compete for positions on a global leaderboard. The Game is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising.

3. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users of all ages; however, users under 13 years of age should have the consent of a parent or guardian before playing. By using the Game, you represent that you are either 13 years of age or older, or that you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any form of automation to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game;
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive display names;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Game's servers or infrastructure;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Game's source code; or
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any display name or leaderboard entry that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Leaderboard & Public Content

Your display name and score are publicly visible on the leaderboard. By choosing a display name, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that name on the leaderboard and in any promotional context related to the Game. Do not use your real name, personal information, or anything you consider private as your display name.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and materials comprising the Game are the exclusive property of taptaptap and its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Game without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Advertising

The Game displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisers. Interactions with advertisements are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of data, loss of scores or leaderboard positions, or interruption of service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved exclusively through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts of jurisdiction.
